b. White Glove Delivery + Assembly
Recommended for large furniture and full room sets.
Includes placement in the room of your choice, full assembly, and removal of packaging.
Requires an adult (18+) to be present for delivery and inspection.
Additional fees may apply for upper-floor deliveries without elevator access.
c. Doorstep Delivery
Delivered in original packaging to your doorstep, building lobby, or security desk.
No assembly or room placement included.
You are responsible for moving the item inside and unpacking.
2. Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, location, and order size.
You will receive confirmation emails with tracking and scheduling details.
3. Delivery Appointments
For White Glove Delivery, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
Please ensure easy access and clearance for large furniture items.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Missed or Failed Deliveries

We accept returns for most items within 3 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in its original condition.
All parts, accessories, and packaging are included.
The return is initiated through our Customer Service team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order items.
Monogrammed or personalized products.
Clearance or final sale items.
Opened mattresses, bedding, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Report any damage or defects to our team within 72 hours.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or return at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
